An original Civil War document at the top it says it is a Special Requisition for supplies such as army hats, coats, stockings, shoes, pans, camp kettles, tents, etc. At the bottom it is signed by a officer of the 5th Pennsylvania Regiment and says the supplies were received at Camp Tennally D.C. on October 3, 1861.
The document is in very good condition.
