An original antique document dated December 3, 1856. The document is addressed to the judge of the probate court for Rockingham and is in regards to the estate of the deceased Reuben Hatch of Derry, it asks the court for a license to sell a quantity of wood and timber to raise money to pay off the estate.
The document is in very good condition, with some light wear.
